Cathy Fort WALX Master – Yoga, Pilates & Personal trainer
Cathy is the WALX CoreVision Master: She is a qualified Personal trainer, and Master in Pilates, Yoga and Nordic walking instructor.
Offering a wide range of WALX (in groups), or fitness training, Yoga and Pilates classes. Facilitating lifestyle changes that are achievable and can be maintained and adapted for each individual.

Cathy trains using the natural environment and beautiful locations in the countryside as her training ground. Various locations such as the whole of North Shropshire for example; Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Whitchurch, Nesscliffe, and also the Welsh Borders including Welshpool, Llanrhaeadr (with its stunning waterfall), Llangollen, LLanfyllin, Bala, Lake Vrnwy. These are just a few of the stunning locations we use for our walking and activties.
We cover some beautiful walks in and around the National Trust locations; Attingham Park, Erddig, Powys Castle, Chirk Castle to name just a few.
Cathy enjoys the great outdoors and is passionate about its benefits for health and wellbeing. She loves to encourage all of her clients to engage fully through her wide range of WALX and activities.
